Acrophyte Hospitality Trust is a hospitality stapled group comprising Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust (“ACRO-REIT”) and Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust (“ACRO-BT”). The Trust invests, directly or indirectly, in income producing real estate which is used primarily for hospitality and hospitality-related purposes.
